Hi all, apologies for a delayed edition, and just a quick note that because it’s such a mega-edition I left out some lower-frequency stuff (like smaller filings and some stories I hope to feature next week). Thanks for understanding, and please do send me things of particular interest you think should be featured next week! Hoping to be back on schedule next Sunday.
Jonah - this newsletter is a godsend. It is rare to get just the straight information reported without a bunch of added noise. I appreciate your hard work on it. Cheers.
I'm on the bargaining team for a first contract for my group (at a hospital with SEIU healthcare) and constantly recommend this newsletter to everyone I come across through events with SEIU--it's a fantastic summary of all things labor in the country.
This is an amazing and massive edition of the newsletter. Just because I can, I want to shout out the workers at New Flyer in Shepherdsville, KY, who joined my union, IUE-CWA, this month! I live in Louisville (about a half-hour from Shepherdsville), and all the new organizing around here is super exciting.
Teamsters Local 115 still on strike at Waste Management in Camden, NJ as of this past Friday. Big issue is that WM wants language to be able to monitor them in trucks with cameras/audio with possibility of it being live-streamed. Big bonus, $4,000, if they accept this condition.

Thanks Kevin! Glad it's useful!!
